Why Portobello Apartments?

The strategic location in the city center right by the limit of the limited traffic area (ZTL) accessible by car allows you to reach the train station  in less than 10 minutes on foot.

In 10 minutes walking it is possible to reach the historical center and the shopping streets with the most prestigious shops.
Within walking distance there is the Mambo, Museum of Modern Art of Bologna and the Morandi museum.

Why Via del Porto in Bologna?
Because in ancient times here the ‘Navile’ flowed through a network of canals connecting the city to the Adriatic Sea allowing the transport of goods.
Today these ‘forgotten’ waterways, almost completely covered, are available for guided tours.

Apartment 3

Nice, cozy apartment of 90 square meters on two levels recently renovated, can accommodate up to 6 people.

The upper floor includes a spacious and bright entrance with a fully equipped kitchenette with induction hob with 4 burners, a fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle and toaster. The living area has a sofa and a 32 ‘flat-screen TV.
The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, is bright and equipped with large wardrobes.
The bathroom has a crystal glass shower.

Downstairs we find a large and comfortable room with a double bed and a single bed overlooking a lovely private small patio and a second bathroom also equipped with a crystal glass shower.
The apartment is completed by a walk-in closet.

Apartment 4

Cozy 70 sqm open space on two levels recently renovated, can accommodate up to 4 people.

The upper floor is made up of an entrance that opens into a lovely open space with a living area and a kitchenette.
The living room consists of a comfortable sofa bed (which becomes a 140 cm double bed) and a 32 ‘flat-screen TV.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with an induction hob with 2 burners, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, an espresso machine, a kettle and a toaster. Also present on this floor a bathroom with a crystal glass shower and a small closet-laundry.

Downstairs we find an open space with a double bed or 2 single beds, depending on your needs. There is also a wardrobe, a desk and a sofa overlooking a lovely private patio, a second bathroom with a crystal glass shower and a hallway with built-in wardrobe.
